Reno+ is Buckingham’s process of renovating apartment units while still inhabited by residents. This approach aims to reduce resident disruption, minimize construction cost and duration, and realize larger and more timely returns for ownership. Buckingham has dedicated team of professionals who solely perform occupied unit renovations.
