As founder, president and CEO of Buckingham Companies, Chambers has led the strategic direction of the company’s various integrated divisions since he started the company as a student at Indiana University in 1984, from its first rental property purchase to the development and acquisition of current investments exceeding $3 billion.
As CFO and Executive Leadership Team member, Chris’s responsibilities include leading all accounting functions, financial reporting, strategic planning/budgeting, financing, investment analysis and investor/lender relations. Chris has been involved in over $3 billion in real estate transactions including development, acquisitions, financings and dispositions, and has helped Buckingham grow into a national developer over the past 14 years.
As General Counsel & Chief Administrative Officer, Andy provides legal counsel, advice and services intended to enable Buckingham to achieve its business objectives without exposing Buckingham to inappropriate legal risks.
Sourav is responsible for driving strategic partnerships and building out the fund management business for Buckingham. He works closely with the acquisitions and finance teams to help focus the fund’s strategy based on investor and market demand.
Involved with various roles since joining the Buckingham team in 2014, Justin oversees Acquisitions, Asset Management, Fundraising, Investment Strategy and Strategic Planning.
Nick manages several key areas of Buckingham’s investment management business, including investor reporting, fundraising and capital markets, financial analytics and business analyst operations.
Buckingham Partners was established in 2018 to acquire, own, and operate institutional quality value-add suburban multifamily residential properties in vibrant, yield-oriented, secondary markets in the Midwest and Southeast U.S. while leveraging Buckingham’s vertically integrated real estate platform to increase operational efficiency. Currently holding 18 assets valued at over $1 billion in 6 states, Buckingham and its partners rely on our 40 years of institutional real estate expertise to create value and maximize returns for institutional partners.
