Construction Management Services

As Construction Manager, Buckingham Construction will act as the owner’s principal agent to advise on and manage the life cycle of a project from conception to completion.

Protection: We assist in the management of project design and budget prior to selection of the constructor (GC).

Simplicity: We will manage the RFQ and RFP selection process and provide recommendation to the owner.

Trust: We will effectively manage the owner’s budget and scope to allow for a successful project turnover to the operations team.

Renovation

Occupied unit renovations involve updating and modernizing apartment homes while residents continue to live in their units. This strategy prioritizes minimizing inconvenience for residents, reducing construction timelines and expenses, and accelerating returns for property owners. At Buckingham, we have a specialized team devoted exclusively to occupied unit renovations. By using this efficient renovation approach, we’ve successfully shortened project timelines by over a year in some cases compared to traditional methods.

They make sure our investments fall within funding requirements and get clients Low‐Income Housing Tax Credits (LIHTC).
