As Construction Manager, Buckingham Construction will act as the owner’s principal agent to advise on and manage the life cycle of a project from conception to completion.
Protection: We assist in the management of project design and budget prior to selection of the constructor (GC).
Simplicity: We will manage the RFQ and RFP selection process and provide recommendation to the owner.
Trust: We will effectively manage the owner’s budget and scope to allow for a successful project turnover to the operations team.
