Construction Management Services

As Construction Manager, Buckingham Construction will act as the owner’s principal agent to advise on and manage the life cycle of a project from conception to completion.

Protection: We assist in the management of project design and budget prior to selection of the constructor (GC).

Simplicity: We will manage the RFQ and RFP selection process and provide recommendation to the owner.

Trust: We will effectively manage the owner’s budget and scope to allow for a successful project turnover to the operations team.

Affordable

It’s important to us to help create affordable housing for the communities we serve. Our in-house compliance team and affordable housing experts manage communities that have received tax credits, bonds or other special types of financing. They make sure our investments fall within funding requirements and get clients Low‐Income Housing Tax Credits (LIHTC).
