Two New Tenants Coming to The Approach at Summit Park

The retail spaces at The Approach at Summit Park are quickly filling up! Since the beginning of the year, two new tenants have signed leases - Sugar n' Spice and Gold Spoon Creamery.

Sugar n' Spice has been a breakfast staple in the Cincinnati area for 75 years. It has an old-school diner vibe that prides itself on creating a fun, comfortable, family-friendly atmosphere. Gold Spoon Creamery is a new concept that is sure to become a fan favorite. They will be serving a wide variety of ice cream, shakes, sundaes and much more.

The Approach at Summit Park is a new build acquired by Buckingham Companies from our friends at Fortus Group. The property is 98% leased and consists of 290 apartment homes ranging from studios to 3-bedroom in the Cincinnati market. The first floor of the property, which consists of three buildings, has retail spaces facing Summit Park and includes an impressive lineup of restaurants, bars, boutique fitness gyms, spas and more. The addition of Sugar n’ Spice and Gold Spoon Creamery further the retail footprint of the city and strengthen tourism and residential living in the Blue Ash community.
