Buckingham Acquires The Summit at Avent Ferry

This summer, Buckingham acquired The Summit at Avent Ferry in Raleigh, North Carolina. This is Buckingham’s first property in the Raleigh market and strengthens our investment as we gather momentum for our third fund.

The property consists of 222 units with a mixture of 1 and 2-bedroom apartment homes situated in a densely wooded setting on the southwest side of Raleigh. The property is 93% occupied with value-add renovations starting in 2023 including new exterior features, amenity spaces and interior finishes.
