Coming Soon: Woodburn Exchange

Buckingham Production team is proud to officially announce the July closing of the Anthem Cincinnati project. The project has been named Woodburn Exchange, as an homage to the original building on the site. Originally known as the Cincinnati Bell Woodburn Exchange, the site housed phone operators for the East Walnut Hills neighborhood before becoming home to Anthem. The mixed use project consists of two buildings expanding over 6.2 acres. Woodburn Exchange will feature 322 studio, 1, 2 and 3-bedroom apartments, 15k SF of street level retail, structured parking, a fitness center, pool and impressive amenity package, all located in the heart of the historic East Walnut Hills neighborhood of Cincinnati. Delivery is slated for Q4 of 2022.
