VP, Design & Production Operations
As Vice President of Design and Production Operations, Justine holds the responsibility for overall management of Buckingham new construction projects from inception to completion and strategic consideration for future product development. Justine brings over 15 years of international experience in real estate development, architecture, project management and product development with a project portfolio that includes net-zero energy buildings (NZEB) in western Germany, renovation of medieval structures in Paris, France and many mixed-use new construction developments in the United States. In her tenure at Buckingham, Justine has been a creative solution generator and a catalyst for progress. By creating transformative experiences with each project, Justine is able to focus on off-beat, forward-looking, thoughtful, provocative developments, brands, products, and environments. Justine is actively involved as a member of the Women Leadership Initiative with the Urban Land Institute and has served as a team advisor for the ULI Real Estate Diversity Initiative (REDI) as well as a mentor to the Ball State University team for the NAIOP University Challenge.
“Our team comes from all different backgrounds – architecture, civil engineering, management – but all of our skill sets complement each other and allow us to work well with each area of expertise. We do what we like to do, but my ultimate goal, of course, is to bring Buckingham Companies to the international stage."
