With Buckingham Companies’ investment in Mohawk Hills well underway, the multi‐family development is being renamed Gramercy, and will feature a new brand identity, including all new interior and exterior hardscape signage.

Located at the southwest corner of Keystone Parkway and 126th Street in Carmel, the development has undergone substantial interior and exterior renovations that are transforming its aesthetics and amenities. This is the largest renovation to the community since it was built in 1967.

“Our vision is to create a vibrant community of attractive, modern apartments with updated amenities for residents,” said Scott Sladek, executive vice president of Buckingham Companies. “It is fitting that we move forward with a new and vibrant name as well.”

In addition to renovating half of the 548 existing apartments since last year, Buckingham has renovated the exteriors of 23 buildings, as well as constructed a new clubhouse, fitness center, leasing office, business lounge, splash pad, pool and pool deck, all new landscaping and several dog parks and playgrounds.
