Environmental goals have been developed to support cross-collaboration across all teams and support continuous improvement as we target performance metrics over the next 10 years.

Being an engaged enterprise within the communities where we operate and throughout the world is a key aspect of our success as an organization. Although we take great pride in the safe, thoughtful, and welcoming spaces we build and operate, we acknowledge that our reach as an organization stretches beyond the walls of our assets. To meet the evolving needs of our employees and stakeholders, our thoughtful social responsibility efforts translate to impactful benefits across our organization and the communities where we operate.

G | Governance

Governance implies a set of rules that will govern our business activities. The transition from a successful entrepreneurial company to an entrepreneurial company that is institutional grade, requires being comfortable with uncomfortable and taking deliberate action. Though we are currently behaving in a manner that will comply with the governance policies, we are more strategically focused on being explicit with how we track, and resulting then from tracking, improvements.
