G | Governance
Governance implies a set of rules that will govern our business activities. The transition from a successful entrepreneurial company to an entrepreneurial company that is institutional grade, requires being comfortable with uncomfortable and taking deliberate action. Though we are currently behaving in a manner that will comply with the governance policies, we are more strategically focused on being explicit with how we track, and resulting then from tracking, improvements.
