Construction Update | Plat 4 at Research Triangle

Welcome to the latest construction update on our newest building project, Plat 4 at Research Triangle, located in the vibrant city of Raleigh, North Carolina. With Phase I nearing completion, and Phase II and III progressing steadily, we are excited to share the latest developments with you.

Phase I, which includes Buildings 3 and 4, the Clubhouse, Mail Kiosk, and Trash Enclosure, is well underway. The site work is nearly complete, with curbs installed and stone laid down at the drives and parking lots. The landscaping along the Primary Drive, particularly the front entrance area, has been successfully installed, adding an aesthetically pleasing touch to the development.

Buildings 3 and 4 are currently in the Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) trim finishing stages. The exteriors of both buildings have also been finalized.

Buildings 1 and 2 are now in the finishes stage, with work being done on doors, trim, cabinets, countertops, bath accessories, and flooring. The exterior of both buildings has received its final coat of paint and patio decking completing the private outdoor spaces for residents.
