Buckingham Sustainability Results with AES

We are excited to announce the completion of an energy efficiency effort with AES Indiana resulting in more than $334,000 in energy savings products and rebates. This effort is projected to save Buckingham residents and properties more than 2.4 million kWh annually across 18 Indianapolis properties. CityWay is the latest property to receive energy-efficient upgrades and is expected to save approximately 430,000 kWh per year, which equates to approximately $60,000 in annual energy costs.

“It’s exciting for us to work with a partner whose focus is ensuring its buildings are as energy efficient, comfortable and sustainable as possible, which is what Buckingham has done,” said Mark Houdek, Manager of Customer Programs, AES Indiana. “Energy efficient improvements is one of the strategic and innovative ways we work with customers to boost their profits and performance.”
