Buckingham Companies Add Retail Tenant to Aertson Midtown, Begin Pre-Leasing Residential Units

Buckingham Companies announces the addition of Nada, a modern Mexican eatery, to its growing list of retail tenants at Aertson Midtown. The new tenant joins Caviar & Bananas, a high-end urban market and café, in providing a tailored mix of services to the project’s 350 residential apartments and 180-room, full-service Kimpton Aertson Hotel — as well as the surrounding neighborhood.

Buckingham Companies also announces the start of pre-leasing of Aertson Midtown’s residential units, opening in spring 2017. Leasing representatives can be reached by calling (844) 399-5863 or visiting ResidencesAtAertson.com to take a virtual tour. Discover Aertson in the leasing center at the neighboring Le Sel restaurant, Tuesday - Thursday from 10 a.m. to 7 p.m. and Friday - Saturday from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m.

Residents and guests will enjoy unparalleled views of Vanderbilt and the Nashville skyline and exclusive access to high-end amenities including: the 17th floor roof terrace, 8th floor pool deck, outdoor kitchens and cabanas, bike garage and repair shop, pet park, pet washing and grooming stations, and on-demand fitness center. These and other amenities can be previewed during a leasing appointment.

“We are pleased to welcome Nada to Aertson Midtown as we move quickly toward completing this addition to the neighborhood,” said Scott Travis, senior vice president of development at Buckingham Companies. “We have been very selective in securing retail partners to provide a variety of quality services that will be convenient for our future residents, guests at the hotel and neighbors. Offering a well-rounded mix of businesses will fuel the walkability and vibrancy of Midtown.”

Nada, a high-energy Modern Mexican restaurant operated by Boca Restaurant Group, will open in 6,000 square feet of indoor dining and bar space, plus patio seating, in the fall of 2017. A diverse and shareable menu of Mexican and multi-cultural staples of tacos, mac n’cheese and more will be served at lunch and dinner seven days a week, and weekend brunch. Nada also has locations in Cincinnati and Columbus, Ohio and in Indianapolis.

“Nada is a place where you can toss back tacos and margaritas with friends, or let loose with colleagues or family,” said David Falk, Chef and President of Boca Restaurant Group. “When our neighbors in Midtown Nashville walk through the doors next fall, they will step right into an energetic, chef-driven Mexican dinner party.”

Designed to enhance the neighborhood’s walkability and eclectic character, Aertson Midtown is a 17-story, 600,000-square-foot, mixed-use development that will bring a diverse combination of residences and retail to the neighborhood.
